2007 Quality of Care Report

The Quality of Care Report describes the systems and processes that are used by the Wodonga Regional Health Service to monitor and improve quality, as well as the results of our key performance monitoring and evaluation activities.

The report will be available in reception and waiting areas at all WRHS sites. Members of community and consumer participation groups will be provided with copies and distribution will be arranged to a range of agencies including community libraries, neighbourhood houses, GP surgeries and community health services.
