The Annual Reporting requirements are centred around both Financial and Service Delivery. Three reports are produced and are available to the public they are:
- Service Report and Statutory Requirements; This report provides a history of the organisation and major changes that have occurred over the past financial year. It includes board member, service and staff profiles and a summary of the financial outcomes.

- Quality Report; As mandated by the Department of Human Services this report provides a portrait of the quality of services provide by Wodonga Regional Health Service. It comprises information regarding service provision and patient outcomes. This is the first report produced and will no doubt develop as community feedback and expectations become clearer.
